THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR SOMEONE WHO IS STARTING FROM ZERO, COMPLETE BEGINNING OR LONG TIME PRACTITIONER WILLING OR NEEDING TO START OVER AMD REST WOTH GOOD AND PRODUCTIVE HABITS AND A METHODICAL TRAINING PROGRAM. THIS TRACK INCLUDES LIVE SMALL GROUP CLASSES VIA ZOOM, 1ON1 COACHING CALLS, AND ACCESS TO A LIBRARY OF RECORDED INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIAL
