Prepare for Approximately 2 hours each day. Appropriate for ALL LEVELS. YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE 4 PILLARS COURSE OR THE EXPANDED COURSE PART 1 & 2 to register.
Day 1: ENTIRELY LECTURE. STRONG FOCUS HIP MOVEMENT, IT RELATIONSHIP TO THE PELVIS AND SPINE, AND HOW TO HACK BOTH SYMMETRICAL AND ASYMMETRICAL ASANAS TO CREATE A PURPOSEFUL AND FUNCTIONAL ASANA PRACTICE.
Day 2: OVERVIEW & INTERACTIVE LECTURE WITH Q&A
Each day is cumulative; concepts from day 1 will carry throughout the whole of the course. It is my goal to help you learn enough about your body to prevent pain, heal from injury, and take your power back in practice!
