Description
Prepare for Approximately 2 hours each day. Appropriate for ALL LEVELS. YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE 4 PILLARS COURSE, THE HANDSTAND COURSE, OR THE EXPANDED COURSE PART 1 to register.
Day 1: ENTIRELY LECTURE. STRONG FOCUS ON SHOULDER MOVEMENT AND HOW TO CREATE STABILITY FOR STRENGTH IN VINYASAS, TRANSITIONS, ARM & HANDBALANCING.
Day 2: OVERVIEW & INTERACTIVE LECTURE WITH Q&A
Each day is cumulative; concepts from day 1 will carry throughout the whole of the course. It is my goal to help you learn enough about your body to prevent pain, heal from injury, and take your power back in practice!
