THIS 30MIN PRACTICE CLASS IS DESIGNED TO BUILD BASIC UPPER BODY STRENGTH THROUGH FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENTS WITH THE INTENTION OF DEVELOPING STABILITY FOR HAND BALANCING. THIS CLASS MEETS 3X A DAY 3X A WEEK (12 CLASS DAYS & 36 CLASSES IN TOTAL) FOR THE MONTH.

- LONDON/UK/ IRELAND/PORTUGAL — 2pm/6pm/12am (midnight, the follow mornings)
- CENTRAL ASIA/ SINGAPORE — 10pm/2am/8:00am (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings)
