THIS 35MIN PRACTICE CLASS IS DESIGNED TO BUILD BASIC UPPER BODY STRENGTH THROUGH FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENTS WITH THE INTENTION OF DEVELOPING STABILITY FOR HAND BALANCING. THIS CLASS MEETS 3X A DAY 3X A WEEK (12 CLASS DAYS & 36 CLASSES IN TOTAL) FOR THE MONTH.
