This 30min Stretch class is designed to lengthen tight postural muscles, and strengthen weaker lengthened Phasic muscles through simple yet effective static and dynamic exercises with the intention of reducing muscle pain and injury and soreness. This class meets 3x a week (12 classes in total) for the month.
