Description
THIS 30MIN PRACTICE CLASS IS DESIGNED TO BUILD BASIC UPPER BODY STRENGTH THROUGH FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENTS WITH THE INTENTION OF DEVELOPING STABILITY FOR HAND BALANCING. THIS CLASS MEETS 3X A DAY/ 2X A WEEK (24 CLASSES/ 8 CLASS DAYS IN TOTAL) FOR THE MONTH.

- CENTRAL ASIA/ SINGAPORE — 7pm/1am/7am (the last two classes are the following days, Wednesday and Friday mornings)
