THIS 45MIN PRACTICE CLASS IS DESIGNED TO BUILD BASIC UPPER BODY STRENGTH THROUGH FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENTS WITH THE INTENTION OF DEVELOPING STABILITY FOR HAND BALANCING. THIS CLASS MEETS 3X A DAY/ 2X A WEEK (24 CLASSES/ 8 CLASS DAYS IN TOTAL) FOR THE MONTH.
